Wintersession Aid

Main Content

TCU has allocated additional institutionally funded financial aid to assist with Wintersession school costs for students who qualify for need-based aid. To apply for the TCU Wintersession Grant please apply through the MyTCU portal under the Financial Aid Tile, Financial Aid Year 2023-2024, My Financial Aid.  If you have not already done so, please file the 2023-2024 FAFSA

Please note:

  • Costs for the Wintersession are billed separately and are not included in the block-price tuition charged for the fall and spring semesters. This means you will see tuition charges for both the Wintersession and for the Spring semester.
  • All scholarships, grants, and loans will be posted in the Spring semester even if aid is received for the Wintersession.
  • Wintersession aid will follow the Spring disbursement schedule, and will disburse no earlier than January 8, 2024. Books and course materials may be charged to your TCU student account through the TCU bookstore.
  • Students must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress and submit verification documents, if requested.

All financial aid is subject to the Financial Aid Adjustments Policy
