The Office of Scholarships and Student Financial Aid is committed to providing professional, responsive and efficient service to students. During times of extreme volume, we ask that you allow up to 72 hours for a response.
We have recently implemented a new security feature that allows us to verify the identity of a person that a student has granted the ability to discuss FERPA-protected records with. Please have the student's TCU ID number and your grant access verification PIN handy, as we may ask to verify this information. Keep in mind that the student is the ONLY person that can create a grant access account and verification PIN for you. For additional information please visit the Grant Access page.

To protect the security of your personal information, please be prepared to show your TCU ID when visiting our office. Newly admitted students may show any photo ID.

Please make sure to use your TCU email and include your TCU Student ID number when contacting our office. Parents, guardians, spouses, or others must use the email verified on the Authorized User Access tile.

When calling our office please have your TCU ID number ready. Other callers requesting specific information regarding a specific student must first be granted access by the student and provide the assigned PIN.
